Brian Kellett, CFP®

President

Brian, a Certified Financial Planner™ with 13 years of financial planning experience, is a firm believer that financial success is achieved by developing clear objectives, goals, and strategies tailored to a person’s aspirations and needs. Brian enjoys meeting with his clients and designing income strategies for his clients. He values client interaction and enjoys the successes his clients obtain. Brian received his BS from Miami University, and a Master’s degree from Xavier University. Brian is a firm believer in community service; he is actively involved with the Madeira City Schools Planning Commission and boys basketball coach at Madeira High School. Brian lives in Madeira with his wife, Sarah, and two wonderful girls, Grace and Norah.

Mark Schaffner, CPA/PFS

Senior Vice-President

Mark is a licensed Certified Public Accountant who also holds the Personal Financial Specialist credential earned through the AICPA. This financial specialty credential has been awarded to fewer than 5,000 individuals nationwide. Mark has more than 37 years experience in taxes, financial and estate planning and investment management for clients. Mark taught financial principles and hosted local TV shows dealing with financial planning and investments. He has helped many clients with their retirement planning especially through corporate early retirement incentive programs. These include companies such as Procter & Gamble, Cinergy, Duke Energy, AT&T, Cincinnati Bell, Champion Paper, International Paper and others. Mark is an independent advisor, not affiliated with any bank, insurance company or investment product provider. Mark lives in West Chester with his wife, Sue, and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.

Carrie Martin

Director of Operations

Carrie brings over 18 years of administrative and accounting experience to the team. Previously, Carrie worked as an Accounting Supervisor for a local manufacturing company. After crunching numbers for 12 years, she is excited to be actively involved in building long term relationships with clients. In her spare time Carrie enjoys reading, collecting recipes to attempt when time permits, and scouring flea markets for junk with potential. Carrie lives in College Hill with husband, Scott and three very active children, Sam, Rachel, and Lily.
